Service Description
Your journey begins with one simple step: a conversation. This complimentary 30-minute session is not a coaching session, but rather a chance for us to meet, connect, and explore whether Thrivewell Coaching is the right fit for you. During this relaxed call, you’ll have the space to share where you are right now, what you’re hoping to shift, and what support might serve you best. I’ll introduce you to my approach, answer your questions, and give you a sense of how we could work together. Think of it as an open doorway — no pressure, no commitment, just an honest and supportive space to discover if coaching feels aligned for you.
Cancellation Policy
Thrivewell Booking Policy 1. Session Confirmation By booking a coaching session (“Session”) with Thrivewell, the client confirms that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete. A session is only confirmed once the booking form has been submitted and any applicable payment has been received. 2. Payment Terms All payments for paid sessions are due in full at the time of booking. Sessions will not be considered confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Thrivewell accepts payments online via the payment methods indicated on the booking platform. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule a confirmed session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session fee at Thrivewell’s discretion. Sessions not attended by the client without prior notice (“No-Show”) will be considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 4. Refunds All payments are non-refundable except in cases where Thrivewell cancels the session. In such cases, clients will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost. 5. Session Use and Responsibility Coaching sessions are intended for personal growth, guidance, and support. Thrivewell does not provide medical, legal, or psychological advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes following coaching sessions. 6. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Thrivewell will not share client information with third parties without explicit consent. 7. Limitation of Liability Clients agree that Thrivewell, its staff, or representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching sessions. 8. Acceptance of Terms By booking a session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.
